Han-Hsien Tuan, a longtime New York business attorney, guides the law practice Tuan Olona, LLP, as managing partner. With extensive experience in small business, real estate and asset based financing, he serves as general outside counsel to many small and mid sized companies in fulfilling clients’ needs in banking, transactional, employment, and real estate matters. Prior to joining his current firm, Han-Hsien Tuan was a partner with Wong Fleming, a Princeton, New Jersey-based law firm with a nationwide presence. He engaged with individual clients of high net worth, as well as small businesses and financial institutions. His areas of experience extended to asset-based and nonprofit financing.

Active in his local community, Mr. Tuan served as chancellor and vestryperson at St. Bartholomew's Church in Manhattan. He previously held responsibilities as director of the nonprofit Immigrant Social Services, Inc., where he provided support to underserved populations in Manhattan's Lower East Side.
